The Milk Foundation of Toronto
The Milk Foundation of Toronto was created in 1938 to promote milk consumption. Sponsered originally by the Toronto Milk Producers it collected money to be spent  to educate consumers on the benefits of Milk. School milk  programs encouraged youth milk consumption. Booklets and recipe pamplets enconcaraged milk as a promoter of nutrition and health.
Additional milk foundations were established thoughout Ontario's larger cities in Ottawa, Stratford and Woodstock.
By 1946 the foundations merged to become  known as the Associated Milk Foundation.
